Major cyberattack on Gazprom: drivers in Russia are unable to refuel their vehicles, according to sources from Focus.

Gazprom's online services have faced a significant cyber attack, preventing drivers from paying for their ordered fuel. The monopoly is uncertain about when the "technical malfunction" will be resolved, sources from security agencies informed Focus.

The specialists dedicated the attack to the Day of Remembrance for the Heroes of Kruty. Online services of companies supporting the operations of the Russian occupying army were subjected to a cyber strike.

Since January 28, clients of these companies have been unable to access their personal accounts, utilize online services, pay for ordered fuel using fuel cards, or manage their bonuses on their accounts, among other issues.

Representatives of "Gazprom," in response to customer complaints, reported a "temporary technical failure," but did not specify the reason for its occurrence. It remains unclear when the online services will resume operations.

"The problems faced by Russian drivers today are a message from our comrades from 1918, the heroes of the battle at Kruty. Over 100 years ago, they confronted the criminal Russian gangs led by the drug addict Muravyov. Today, we continue the mission of the defenders of Kyiv, both on the front lines and in cyberspace," explained the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.

Let us remind you that Russia continues to supply gas to the European Union, with sales volumes exceeding the figures prior to January 1, when Ukraine imposed a ban on its transit.
