She adds that remote work continues to grow in popularity among candidates, leading to these vacancies being filled relatively quickly.
"However, unfortunately, not all employers are ready to offer even a hybrid work schedule," the expert adds.
Among the evident trends in the labor market are vacancies from companies that provide booking services.
"Candidates are willing to consider such vacancies, even with lower salaries and less senior positions," notes Dominika Ivanova-Bekar.

What about jobs in the IT sector, which has always been highly sought after by employers? The IT field still shows high competition among applicants, says the HR expert.
Responses for remote work exceed those for offline work by 5 times.
"This also applies to remote job offers. Feedback for remote positions is five times higher than for offline jobs. Interestingly, the categories 'IT, computers, internet' and 'Marketing, advertising, PR', which are not in the top ten industries with the most vacancies, receive 18% of all feedback on the site. This indicates a high level of interest and competition in these fields," says Victoria Belyakova, PR manager at Work.ua.
