Invaders in Ukraine's VOT are introducing special passes for civilian vehicles - Resistance.

Russian occupiers are demanding that vehicle owners in the occupied territories renew their special permits starting from the beginning of the year. These new bureaucratic hurdles are being established to counteract the Ukrainian underground movement.
Захватчики на ВОТ Украины вводят специальные пропуска для гражданских автомобилей, сообщает Сопротивление.

Russian occupiers are intensifying repression against the civilian population of Ukraine. While moving across the territory, Ukrainians must possess special passes. The Center for National Resistance reports, UNN.

Details

Since the beginning of this year, vehicle owners, including those with cargo and special transport, have been required to renew passes that have expired. If the document is damaged, contains errors, or if the category of transport has changed, such documents must also be replaced.

As a result, the Russian-occupied administrations are deliberately introducing new forms of bureaucratic obstacles to strengthen counter-diversion measures.

The occupiers are attempting to establish new control mechanisms to complicate the activities of the Ukrainian underground.

Reminder

As previously reported by UNN, Russian authorities have begun extensive checks of local residents in the occupied territories. The occupiers are checking documents, phones, conducting searches, and gathering information about property and connections with Ukraine.
