It is known that Angie did not limit her imagination, leading to numerous variations of cake pops, and later she even wrote a whole book on the subject.
International Pisco Sour Day
International Pisco Sour Day, celebrated annually on the first Saturday of February, is dedicated to one of the most famous and beloved cocktails in South America, the Pisco Sour.
Pisco is a strong South American alcoholic drink deeply rooted in the cultural and historical fabric of Peru and Chile, with both countries claiming its origin. This unaged brandy, made from freshly fermented Peruvian grape must and juice, showcases a unique character that distinguishes it from other alcoholic beverages like grappa or tequila. Different grape varieties contribute a wide range of flavors, making it a versatile ingredient for cocktails such as Pisco Punch and Pisco Sour.

Church holiday:
The Orthodox Church honors the memory of Saint Martyr Tryphon of Apamea.
He is considered the patron of successful hunting and generous grape harvests, as well as the protector of lands from pests. Often, prayers are offered to Tryphon for family happiness, and the saint also helps to ward off the evil eye.
Tryphon was born in 232 AD in Asia Minor, near the city of Apamea, into a peasant family. He lived by Christian faith and helped people through the gift of miracles. During the reign of Emperor Decius, persecutions of Christians began, during which Saint Tryphon was captured. The martyr did not renounce the Lord even after severe torture, as he had a steadfast spirit and unyielding faith.
He was martyred on February 2, 250 AD.
