The investment and development company City One Development plans to commission the seventh phase of the residential complex "Novopecherskie Lipki" in 2025, covering a total area of 75.2 thousand square meters, as well as complete the construction of the eighth phase, the company's press service reported to the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
"In 2024, the company continued the implementation of all previously initiated projects. In particular, active work is underway at the construction sites of the seventh and eighth phases of the business-class residential quarter "Novopecherskie Lipki," as well as the sixth and seventh phases of the comfort-class residential complex "Svyatobor Park Resort," the company representatives stated.
Additionally, in 2025, the developer plans to launch a multifunctional business-class project called The Light in the Pechersk district of the capital, which had been in development even before the full-scale invasion. The project has been revised to meet heightened security requirements, the developer noted.
According to the press service, transactions under the "eRestoration" and "eHousing" programs constitute a minor portion of the company's sales.
"Recently, the first transaction under the "eRestoration" program took place: the certificate holder exercised their right to compensation for housing destroyed due to the war and purchased an apartment in the "Novopecherskie Lipki" quarter. Furthermore, there have been several transactions in the "Svyatobor Park Resort" under the state mortgage program "eHousing." Currently, potential buyers are showing the most interest in alternative financial instrument programs offered by the company," City One Development explained.
City One Development is an investment and development company providing a comprehensive range of services in the creation and development of real estate projects. Among its projects in the capital are "Novopecherskie Lipki," "Boulevard of Fountains," and "Svyatobor Park Resort."
