The head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Timur Tkachenko, plans to replace the leaders of the district state administrations in Kyiv, as he announced on Telegram.
"I had a productive conversation with the President of Ukraine. The issue of security and the effective functioning of Kyiv remains strategically important. The capital of Ukraine has the largest budget and resources in the country. However, even with these advantages, the residents of Kyiv are facing problems that require immediate solutions. The only way out of this situation is change. Therefore, we are starting with what residents of Kyiv will be able to feel right away — the replacement of the heads of the district state administrations," – Tkachenko wrote.
