The Supervisory Board of the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA) has made a unanimous decision to extend the contract of the current director of the DPA, Marina Bezrukova, for an additional year, as reported by the agency's press service.
It was also reported that the members of the Supervisory Board unanimously voted to initiate a comprehensive audit of the Agency's activities, involving an international council of NATO auditors.
In particular, the audit will include an assessment of financial reporting, analysis of management and operational processes, verification of the company's compliance with international standards, including HATO standards, and an examination of adherence to principles of transparency and accountability.
"The Agency will provide all necessary documentation and will fully cooperate in the comprehensive audit process. We are grateful to the Supervisory Board for their objectivity, unanimity, trust, and support in the reform of defense procurement," the DPA summarized.
As previously reported, the Supervisory Board of the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA) sent a recommendation to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, to extend the contract of the current DPA director, Marina Bezrukova, for one more year.
