Naftogaz of Ukraine has announced a tender for recruitment agency services to find a new head of the company's board.
According to the company announcement on Prozorro, the expected cost of the tender is 4.57 million UAH (including VAT), with proposals from agencies accepted until 12:00 on December 30, and the auction set to begin on December 31, 2024.
The tender winner is required to conduct a detailed market analysis within 10 days after signing the contract and provide information about candidates. An additional 10 days will be allocated for candidate selection, conducting interviews, and presenting a shortlist (3-5 individuals).
Subsequently, the organization of candidate interviews with the client, provision of feedback and impressions, consulting, and selection of the finalist candidate will take place.
As reported, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed Oleksiy Chernyshov as Vice Prime Minister – Minister of National Unity of Ukraine with 237 votes on December 3, 2024. He has been leading Naftogaz since November 2022.
The supervisory board of Naftogaz has appointed the company's financial director, Roman Chumak, as the acting head of the board.
The supervisory board plans to complete the candidate selection process by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
