One civilian has been killed and four others wounded in the Donetsk region over the course of a day, reports the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadim Filashkin, on Telegram.
"On January 28, the Russians killed one resident of Donetsk - in Pokrovsk. Additionally, four people in the region were injured within the same day," Filashkin wrote.
The total number of casualties from Russian aggression in the Donetsk region, according to the regional military administration, currently stands at 2,941 dead and 6,628 wounded (the figures do not include Mariupol and Volnovakha).
