The "Affordable Medicines" program has expanded to include 641 brand names, according to the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHZU).

Starting January 1, 2025, the "Affordable Medicines" reimbursement program has expanded to include 52 additional medications, bringing the total to 641 brand names.

The drug reimbursement program "Affordable Medicines" will expand to include 52 new medications starting January 1, 2025, bringing the total to 641 trade names.

According to the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU), the additional list includes 52 new medications for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (combinations), pain management and palliative care, as well as treatments for endocrine system diseases, metabolic, autoimmune, and inflammatory conditions, and therapies for glaucoma and migraines.

As previously reported, the budget for the "Affordable Medicines" reimbursement program under the 2025 Medical Guarantees Program will amount to 6.6 billion UAH.
