Authorities claim that Russia is attempting to dismantle the energy infrastructure of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, announced on Wednesday, December 25, that Russian forces had launched a missile attack on the region's critical infrastructure.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Sergey Lysak, announced on Wednesday, December 25, about the rocket attack by Russians on the critical infrastructure of the region.

"Since morning, the Russian army has been launching a massive attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region. They are trying to destroy the energy system of the area," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

He also mentioned that a search and rescue operation in Kryvyi Rih was completed overnight following a rocket strike that occurred the day before. Among the 17 injured were girls aged 14 and 16. Twelve wounded individuals have been hospitalized.

"The entrance to the building was destroyed from the fourth to the first floors. Four other apartment buildings were damaged. Additionally, nine shops and three dining establishments were destroyed, along with more than twenty vehicles," he reported on the aftermath of the strike.

According to Lysak, the aggressor once again shelled the Nikopol region with artillery, hitting the Chervonohryhorivka community. As a result of the shelling, four private homes, an outbuilding, 40 solar panels, and power lines were damaged.

There were no casualties or injuries reported.
