On Sunday, Russian forces shelled 10 communities in the Sumy region, causing damage, according to the regional military administration.
"Throughout the day, the Russians conducted 49 shellings of border areas and settlements in the Sumy region. A total of 67 explosions were recorded. The communities affected include Khotynska, Yunakivska, Myropil, Belopillia, Krasnopillia, Velykopysarivka, Novoslobodka, Shalyhynska, Seredyno-Budskyi, and Znob-Novhorodske," the report states.
Belopillia: the enemy fired from mortars (9 explosions) and dropped explosive devices from UAVs (4 explosions).
Krasnopillia: there were drops of explosive devices from enemy UAVs (8 explosions), strikes from FPV drones (13 explosions), mortar shelling (4 explosions), artillery shelling (2 explosions), and launches of aerial bombs (2 explosions), resulting in damage to 2 vehicles.
Khotynska: the Russians struck using artillery (3 explosions).
Shalyhynska: strikes from FPV drones were carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation (3 explosions).
Znob-Novhorodske: a drop of explosive devices from an enemy UAV was recorded (1 explosion).
Seredyno-Budskyi: strikes from FPV drones were reported (2 explosions).
Velykopysarivka: 5 mines were dropped by the Russians onto its territory. There were also strikes from FPV drones (2 explosions) and drops of explosive devices from UAVs (2 explosions).
Myropil: an explosive device was dropped from an enemy UAV (1 explosion).
Yunakivska: the enemy fired from field artillery (4 explosions) and launched a type of aerial bomb, UAB (1 explosion).
Novoslobodka: an explosive device was dropped from an enemy UAV (1 explosion).
