On Tuesday, Russian forces shelled 12 communities in the Sumy region, causing damage, according to the regional military administration.
"Throughout the day, the Russians conducted 68 shellings of border areas and settlements in the Sumy region. A total of 107 explosions were recorded. The communities affected include Yunakievska, Miropol, Belopol, Krasnopil, Velykopysarivka, Putivl, Novoslobodka, Krolevec, Esman, Shalyhyn, Khutor-Mykhailivsky, and Seredino-Bud.
Krolevec: a drone attack occurred (1 explosion). A non-residential building was damaged.
Krasnopil: an enemy drone dropped explosive devices (8 explosions), followed by artillery shelling (4 explosions), mortar fire (7 explosions), and strikes from FPV drones (13 explosions), as well as shelling from SPG-9.
Novoslobodka: an FPV drone strike was reported (1 explosion).
Belopol: an enemy drone dropped explosive devices (2 explosions) and mortar fire was recorded (3 explosions).
Esman: Russians dropped 10 mines on its territory. FPV drone strikes were also recorded (5 explosions).
Velykopysarivka: the enemy fired from mortars (8 explosions), artillery (2 explosions), and an FPV drone (1 explosion).
Yunakievska: the Russians struck with artillery (2 explosions) and launched UAVs (3 explosions).
Shalyhyn: the enemy shelled from artillery (10 explosions), used FPV drones (2 explosions), and dropped VOG-type explosive devices from a drone (4 explosions).
Putivl: an FPV drone strike was reported (3 explosions).
Seredino-Bud: there was mortar shelling (5 explosions) and an enemy drone dropped explosive devices (4 explosions).
Khutor-Mykhailivsky: an FPV drone strike occurred (1 explosion).
Miropol: an FPV drone strike was conducted (1 explosion), along with a drop of VOG-type explosive devices from a drone (2 explosions).
