In the early hours of Friday, Russian forces conducted three shellings of border communities in the Sumy region, resulting in injuries to three civilians, reports the Regional Military Administration.
"During the night and morning, the Russians carried out three shellings of border territories and settlements in the Sumy region. A total of 13 explosions were recorded. The communities of Khotyn, Krasnopillia, and Shalyhyne were targeted," the statement said.
Khotyn community: the enemy struck with an FPV drone (one explosion). As a result of the shelling, a civilian was injured.
Shalyhyne community: the Russians dropped 11 mines on the territory of the community.
Krasnopillia community: there was a drone attack (one explosion). As a result, two civilians were injured, and a private residential house was damaged.
