Peter Brian Hegseth is an American television host, author, and officer in the National Guard. Hegseth has been a vocal critic of America's NATO allies and has expressed opposition to U.S. military aid to Ukraine. Donald Trump announced his intention to nominate Hegseth as Secretary of Defense in November 2024.
