Russian forces carried out a massive drone attack on Odessa, resulting in three people injured and damage to residential buildings, reported the city's mayor, Gennady Trukhanov.
"Currently, three individuals are known to be injured in Odessa, and another person has been rescued from a blocked apartment," he wrote on Telegram on Tuesday morning.
According to him, windows were shattered due to the blast wave. All relevant emergency services are working to mitigate the consequences.
"We are setting up an operational headquarters where applications for financial assistance can be submitted and materials for temporarily sealing openings can be obtained," Trukhanov noted.
