The Cabinet of Ministers has announced a competitive selection process for candidates to fill the positions of four independent members of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia," as stated in the government's order No. 1342 dated December 31.
“Ukrzaliznytsia” is tasked with engaging a professional consultant for the selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board … and to cover the costs of their services,” the document published on the government portal notes.
As reported, in another order, the Cabinet extended the term of the current four independent members of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" (UZ) – Anatoliy Amelin, Oleksandr Doll, Hafer Gepard, Serhiy Leshchenko, and the state representative Davyd Lomjaria, who were appointed for a three-year term on December 29, 2021, by six months.
