In the past 24 hours, occupiers shelled more than 30 settlements and the city of Kherson in the Kherson region. As a result of the strikes, two people were injured, and one person was killed, reported the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, on the morning of Tuesday, December 24.
"Over the past day, the settlements under enemy fire and airstrikes included Antonivka, Prydniprovsk, Sadove, Molodyozhne, Kamyshany, Belozerka, Kyzomis, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Tomyna Balka, Honcharne, Novodmytrivka, Mykilske, Daryivka, Poniatovka, Berislav, Novoberislav, Lviv, Tomarino, Veseloe, Burhunka, Verievka, Ivanivka, Kazatske, Monastyrske, Tyahynka, Novotyahynka, Dniprovsk, Fedorivka, Olha, Novoaleksandrivka, Mykolaivka, Havrylivka, Osokorivka, Novovorontsovka, and the city of Kherson," he wrote on Telegram.
Prokudin noted that due to Russian aggression, one person was killed, and two others were injured.
According to him, Russian military forces targeted residential areas of the settlements in the region, damaging 19 private homes. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline, a utility structure, and a private vehicle.
