In the night of January 2, the air defense forces in Mykolaiv region destroyed two enemy drones of the "Shahed 131/136" type, reported the head of the regional military administration (OVA), Vitaliy Kim, as of 07:30 on January 2.
In his Telegram channel, he also provided information about other shelling incidents over the past day: "Yesterday, January 1, at approximately 14:36, the enemy launched ballistic missile strikes on the region, reportedly using S-400 missiles that had lost combat capability in the air."
According to the OVA head, on January 1, the enemy conducted artillery shelling in the Kutsurub and Ochakiv communities in the Mykolaiv district.
During the shelling, there were no casualties.
