Enemy rocket strikes on Kharkiv have triggered multiple fires and caused damage to civilian non-residential infrastructure. This was reported by Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, on his Telegram channel. He also stated that a 39-year-old civilian has been hospitalized with injuries. Shortly thereafter, Kharkiv's mayor, Igor Terekhov, clarified that the number of injured has risen to three, with two additional individuals in serious condition in the Saltivskyi district.
