As a result of an enemy attack on the Kyiv region during the night of Monday, January 6, two private houses and a car were damaged; the damage to the buildings is minor, reported acting head of the regional military administration (OVA) Mykola Kalashnikov.
"Another massive drone attack on Kyiv region. The alarm lasted nearly five hours last night. Air defense forces were active in the region. Enemy targets were destroyed. There are no casualties among the population. There were no hits on critical or residential infrastructure. As a result of debris from the downed targets falling in one of the localities, two private houses and a car were damaged. The damage to the buildings is minor," — he wrote on Telegram.
At the same time, as Kalashnikov noted, "the debris damaged the contact network line of the railway. Train traffic on this section has already been restored".
Kalashnikov reported that operational groups continue to work on documenting and eliminating the consequences of the night attack.
