The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, believes that security guarantees unite the vast majority of the world and ensure that Vladimir Putin can no longer deceive anyone.
"Security guarantees are what unite the absolute majority. Europe, America, and all our partners around the world need a common understanding of how to ensure that Putin can no longer deceive anyone and that Russia cannot bring destruction to other nations—everyone from Ukraine and Europe to Syria and the countries of the Middle East and Africa," - said the president in his evening video address on Saturday.
He emphasized that over the past 30 years, there have been "many ruins and deaths for which Russia is to blame—specifically the Russian army, their intelligence services, and their mercenaries."
"The world needs guarantees, and I thank everyone for their support. In fact, we are currently discussing security guarantees with all our partners, focusing on concrete manifestations of support: actions, assistance, decisions, and messages," he underscored.
