The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, congratulated the workers in the energy sector on their professional holiday.
“Repair teams working around the clock. Engineers and all specialists in our energy sector who restore the system's stability. Electricians, technicians, machine operators, system operators, dispatchers, drivers, and energy facility managers – everyone who works for the light for Ukrainians and the warmth in our apartments and homes – we thank you all,” - wrote the president in a Telegram channel on Sunday.
Zelensky also expressed gratitude to the families of energy workers: “Thank you to every family of energy workers for supporting your loved ones who are a backbone for our entire country.”
