The IAEA has rotated its personnel at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant without coordinating with the Ukrainian side, reported Radio Liberty correspondent Rikard Jozwiak on Friday evening.
"What happened was something that seemed impossible just a few days ago. The IAEA deployed its staff to the Zaporizhzhia NPP through Russia without Ukraine's consent," Jozwiak wrote on platform X on Friday evening.
