Since the start of the day, there have been around 250 clashes along the entire front line, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of this day, there have been 248 combat encounters, with the heaviest enemy pressure observed in the Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, and Vremivka directions. Notably, in the Kurakhove direction, ten battles are still ongoing, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 22:00 on Tuesday, December 24.
"In the Pokrovsk direction, since the start of this day, the enemy has attacked 54 times in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Myrolyubivka, Promen, Lysovka, Novy Trud, Dachenske, Shevchenko, Volkovoye, and Novovasilyevka. Our defenders have repelled 47 enemy assault actions, and seven combat encounters are still in progress," the evening report states.
According to preliminary data from the General Staff, 261 occupiers were neutralized in this direction, of which 133 are irrecoverable. Additionally, a vehicle and a communication antenna were destroyed.
In the Kurakhove direction, the enemy made 34 attempts to break through our defenses near the settlements of Petropavlivka, Shevchenko, and in the area of Kurakhovo. "Twenty-four combat encounters have concluded, and ten are still ongoing," the message emphasizes.
In the Vremivka direction, the enemy attacked our units 33 times near Uspenivka, Yantarne, Konstantinopol, Razliv, Razdolne, Novy Komar, Novosilka, Velyka Novosilka, and Storozheve. Ukrainian soldiers have repelled 22 enemy assault actions, and the fighting continues.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also reported on the continuation of operations in the Kursk region. "Currently, the Defense Forces have repelled 28 attacking actions of the invaders, and the battles are ongoing," the report clarified.
