“Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched in a criminal case regarding the commission of a war crime that led to a person's death (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the statement said.

As reported, on Sunday, as a result of shelling by Russian occupiers in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, a civilian was killed, another was injured, and both enterprises and private homes sustained damage, reported the head of the OGA, Serhiy Lysak.
