The Kyiv Defense Council has established guidelines for public transportation operations during air raid alerts.

The Kyiv Defense Council has decided to protect the city's critical infrastructure, evacuate damaged vehicles, and manage public transportation during alerts, according to Timur Tkachenko, the head of the city’s military administration, on Telegram.

The Defense Council of Kyiv has made a decision regarding the protection of the city's critical infrastructure, the evacuation of damaged vehicles, and the operation of public transport during alerts, as reported by the head of the city military administration, Timur Tkachenko, on Telegram.

"Unfortunately, I do not possess the gift of foresight and cannot guarantee officials that the terrorist state will not launch an attack at some point... However, we have developed proposals on how to proceed instead of remaining stagnant. These are currently in the approval stage," Tkachenko wrote.

Regarding the evacuation of damaged vehicles (which, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, number more than 1,000 units) - an algorithm has been approved that will determine the locations for storing the moved vehicles. If the owner wishes to reclaim their damaged or abandoned vehicle, this can be done upon a corresponding request.
