"SOF, together with a friendly unit, eliminated the Russian self-propelled artillery system 2S43 'Malva,'" stated the SOF message on Telegram on Monday.

"During aerial reconnaissance, fighters from one of the Special Operations Forces units discovered the latest 152-mm self-propelled artillery system 2S43 'Malva' at a concealed parking location, which Russia started producing in 2023. The SOF operators relayed the target coordinates to the artillery of the friendly unit and adjusted the fire. As a result of a precise strike, the enemy self-propelled artillery system was destroyed," SOF detailed the operation.

Additionally, a quad bike used for servicing the 'Malva' was damaged as a result of the munitions detonation.
