The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, has called for a comprehensive and thorough investigation into the crimes committed against military personnel that recently occurred in the Poltava, Rivne, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
"Violence against military personnel is unacceptable. We expect a complete and thorough investigation into these crimes. Those responsible must face appropriate punishment," - wrote him on Facebook.
He noted that in a short period, military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered injuries and fatalities in the Poltava, Rivne, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
"In the Poltava region, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was serving at the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, was killed by a murderer while performing his military duty. In Rivne, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were injured as a result of an explosive device detonated by an assailant. Another explosion occurred at the RTC and SP in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region. One of the injured in Rivne is in critical condition. The condition of the serviceman injured in Pavlohrad is stable, with minor injuries," - Syrskyi wrote.
The Commander-in-Chief emphasized that in the context of full-scale war, the defense of the state is impossible without mobilization measures. "The Armed Forces of Ukraine are doing everything possible to prevent human rights violations during mobilization activities. The Ground Forces are striving to overcome existing issues in the functioning of the TCC, rectify mistakes, and improve the quality of TCC operations," - he stressed.
