The Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Oksen Lisovyi, has 28 advisors working on a voluntary basis and four advisors in the patronage service.

According to the response from the Ministry of Education and Science to a request from the Interfax-Ukraine agency, as of November 1, Lisovyi has 28 advisors on a voluntary basis, including: former Minister of Education and Science (2016-2019) Liliia Hryniv; neurobiologist, electrophysiologist, and pain researcher Nana Voitenko (advisor on scientific issues); Ukrainian TV presenter and journalist Ivanna Koberniak (on the "New Ukrainian School" reform); former head of Kyivstar Petro Chernyshov (on corporate governance in universities and the development of the Kyiv Aviation Institute); Oleksandr Kochuryn (on restoration issues); Olena Vdovichenko (on strategic communications); Ilona Stankevych (on communications); and Nataliia Usatenko (on press issues).

Other voluntary advisors to the minister include: Olena Kharitonova (on issues of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men); Roman Bakhaiev (on veteran policy); Daria Bovkun (on partnership and cooperation); Oleksandr Honchar (on the safety of the educational environment); Olena Darmostuk (on international partners); Alla Dubrovik-Rokhova (on the education of Ukrainian students who have sought temporary refuge from the war in EU countries); Leia Zanko (on partnership and cooperation); Konstantyn Korneyenko (on educational and information policy); and Oleg Lahodniuk (on the digitalization of higher education).

Additionally, the minister has the following voluntary advisors: Oksana Nechiporenko (on international relations); Oksana Savitska (on safe educational environments and inclusive education); Olena Severenchuk (on communications and human capital development); Svitlana Sledko (on international cooperation); Volodymyr Tkachenko (on innovative technologies); Kristina Faichak (on strategic development and partnership); Oleksandr Hovorun; Olena Kolesnykova; Nataliia Obolonyk; Andrii Omelchenko; and Ihor Chuhunov.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Education's patronage service employs six individuals: leader Nina Soklova, deputy leader Svitlana Holosko, and four advisors – Solomiia Makaryk, Olha Pylypenko, Vitalii Pilkevych, and Svitlana Danilenko.
