Law enforcement officials have determined that a group of teenagers engaged in a mass brawl at one of the shopping malls in downtown Kharkiv, reported the press service of the Kharkiv police.
"On February 2, around 18:36, a report was received at the Kharkiv District Police Department No. 1 about a mass fight at one of the largest shopping malls in the city center. Patrol police officers from the Kharkiv region and security firm personnel promptly arrived at the scene," the statement said.
Authorities found that a conflict had arisen among the teenagers, escalating into a fight. Additionally, the participants in the incident resisted the security representatives.
"The offense has now been halted. No one has sought medical assistance at this time. A statement and explanations have been taken from the administrator of the shopping and entertainment center," the statement noted.
Law enforcement is considering the matter of entering details into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations.
